My new babies & to my surprise....They are matte! I LOVE matte. Funny thing, my niece & I were in Walgreens for about a half hour disagreeing on nail polish. These two won the prize. I don't know how we picked two mattes when we were actually picking polishes by the names lol.

 'Dream On' is neon & two coats of it will do just fine so it can be evened out.It's my fav of the two :) I keep thinking I have about three other polishes around this color & I actually do, all different brands too. BUT you can never have too many polishes, a girl needs to live!
Savage just needs one coat & can proudly be worn. Any shade of Blue has been winning me over slowly but surely, but I can't find my blues anywhere! Could they be walking away :)

This is a first purchase of matte polish as I've only had experience with NYC 'Matte Me Crazy' mattifying top coat. Which in my opinion you could never tell it was a top matte coat. At a price of $1.99, I couldn't pass it up.

Now in my head the two other colors Spoiled (a sister polish of) Wet n Wild 'Kickin' The Habit' & Wet N Wild Fastdry 'FushiaRama' were the same exact color of 'Dream On'.  Too bad!
